    Issue with Xbox Game pass


    Hello,

    So I ve had my Xbox Game Pass for a while now. Never really used it as much.

    A few months back I played some games, all good no problem.

    Yesterday I tried to Install Sea Of Thieves in order to play with some friends. I noticed That I cannot find the game in "xbox Console" App neither in "xbox" App.

    Moreover, whenever I try to open for the game in Microsoft store I get this:

    have Also tried to "play" a game that I already had installed and I get
    Rise of the Tomb Raider is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    I have Tried all the workarounds and Fixes that I can find online but I don't seem to be able to find a way around this.

    I can also mention that my Game Pass subscription is still up and running in my MS account.

    Are you trying to purchase Xbox game pass, Xbox Ultimate or PC game pass.?

    Also is the game pass the only purchase you are having issues with ?

    If you have a Xbox console are you able to buy the pass there?

However, you can still access Game Pass on Xbox 360 by subscribing to Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on a compatible device and then downloading the games on your Xbox 360.

    If you’re still experiencing issues, you can try resetting your Xbox console.

    Game pass on PC not working

    To install games from Xbox Game Pass, you must have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC plan.

    If you want to install games from the Xbox Game Pass catalogue and you are not able to, make sure your Xbox Game Pass subscription is active: Check your status

    Also, make sure your device is online. If needed, follow the steps in: Fix network connection issues in Windows

    Subscription not working with family

    They will not have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on their account but they'll be able to have access to the game pass library and play online games due to you having the Xbox game pass ultimate.

    What is the exact issue that they're experiencing?
