    Issue with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate


    After the update today, it is now saying under my games and apps that I have no games under my full library, and also, it says I do not own Game Pass or Gold. When I go into Subscriptions however, it shows I am a Ultimate member until next month. I also seem to have had the Ultimate logo disappear next to my gamertag.



    Anyone else having the same issue?

    Subscription not working with family

    They will not have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on their account but they'll be able to have access to the game pass library and play online games due to you having the Xbox game pass ultimate.

    What is the exact issue that they're experiencing?

    Yes, that is not an issue. You can logon an game with your Game Pass Ultimate subscription on both devices.

    Is this Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for Console?

    If this is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you can proceed in turning on the recurring billing for the Xbox Live Gold because your remaining Xbox Live Gold time will be converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate since Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is consist of Xbox Live Gold as well.

    Thanks for the replies. With game pass ultimate, you do not need to purchase game pass for PC as it is included in the Ultimate subscription. On an important note, at the moment game pass for PC is not shareable at this time. Xbox game pass for console and
    Xbox live gold are allowed to be shared. Here is the

    Alright, and may I ask what is the exact issue that you're experiencing with your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? Are you trying to invite your friends to a free trial PC Game Pass? If yes it is not available for you since you were able to get the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for free. If you will check the article it is stated "Sorry, this offer is only available to paid PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.".
