    Recently, both of my controllers are unable to connect to the Xbox. I believe there might be an issue with the Xbox's connectivity. What should I do?

    It could honestly be a problem with your internet provider. Try calling them and have them check your connection. You may be being slowed or blocked for some reason.

    it happens to late night but my service provider sometimes run test at night so reason thinking us gamers don't stay up late.

    hi,

    do you try to clear the mac adress:

    following steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear
    it 3 times>Back to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC
    Address>Clear>And then reboot
    console when prompted.
