Discus and support issue with xbox (beta) app on PC in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; im trying to download sea of theaves to play with my friends, and it goes for a while then just stops at round 10 gb, anyone else have this problem or...     im trying to download sea of theaves to play with my friends, and it goes for a while then just stops at round 10 gb, anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
    need to have Windows update version 1903.

    Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.

    If your still experiencing this issue please report this issue via Xbox App Beta using the "report a problem" so we may request and investigation. You can DL the beta app by going to the store on your PC and searching "Xbox App Beta".

    Profile (Gamertag change) error

    Hi Dxage, What version of the Xbox App are you using? Have you tried using the Xbox App (Beta) to see if this issue continues? Beta version is running a newer version. You can DL the beta by going to the store on your PC and searching for "Xbox App Beta".
    If the issue continues report the issue using the "Report a problem' located under the happy icon on the left NAV bar in the beta app.
