ISSUE with Virtual Keyboard on XBOX SERIES X

No this is not the case as stated in the information I have put it ONLY happens on the console - Xbox Series X not the mobile

To report problems through your Xbox console, download the free Xbox Report a Problem app. To do so:

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select Store.

According to your description, when you pull up a prior chat using your Xbox Series X controller, the virtual keyboard gives you a ghost box; however, the problem did not happen when you tried to start a new chat. I appreciate the time you have spent trying to resolve this issue. The issue you are referring to is the black space reply on mobile that is showing above the onscreen keyboard, so this has something to do with the Xbox app on mobile. We would like to check this with our internal team and will get back to you as soon as we get an update from them.

I only have the one controller. It does have an issue though. Sometimes it will not come on when you press the center button. Think I am going to send it back for repair/replacement. Problem is that may take 2-3 weeks.

Have you tried a different controller to see if it's the controller?
