    Oh and by the way is it possible to solve this problem by downloading the update at someone else's house?I heard this solved a couple updating issues.

    SOLVE THIS ISSUE!

    If your profile is on Xbox LIVE, then a copy of it is always on the servers, and deleting it from your console will not eliminate it. The idea is to get the profile off of the console so that you can clear the cache and put a fresh copy o the profile back
    on so that any errors will hopefully be removed.
