    Issue with Time Warner and OneGuide


    I have time warner cable, and when changing channels via the media remote and OneGuide or voice commands, it, on some channels (for example, CNN), it will go to that channel but restart the program. I believe this is a Time Warner feature, that you can
    restart a program you switch to in the middle, but the receiver does that automatically when using the Xbox One to switch channels. This behavior is annoying, because then I have to dig up the Time Warner remote and press the "Live" button to bring the channel
    up to current timing.

    I have been unable to find a way to correct this behavior. Has this behavior been seen by other users? Any ideas how to solve this?

    Time Warner Channel Shuffle, OneGuide out of date

    The great f...folks at Time Warner Cable have just shuffled their channel numbers in my area (78660)

    As a result the OneGuide channel listings for Time Warner Cable 78660 are incorrect and need updating.

    The entire channel lineup is wrong.

    All listings on oneguide are wrong for time warner. Zip [Mod Removed]. Twc changed channel lineup

    Thanks, but I think enough information is in my original post about what is wrong now. Xbox says it is Time Warner/West Seneca as the source for OneGuide.

    Eastern North Carolina Time Warner's old channel line-up still in OneGuide. I restored my box to factory defaults and OneGuide still shows ESPN on channel 1500 when it should be TV Japan. Who's the company that feeds line up info to OneGuide? Maybe they
    need a notice that TWC has changed their line up...

    Time Warner just changed their channel line up in the Syracuse area. Any idea how long it takes Xbox to get the update? OneGuide is kind of useless for many channels right now.
