    Im having concern about my xbox when i finsh updating my console to the cortana adding in it not letting me sign in to my profile also not letting me load my download games i need help

    I think something is wrong with my x1

    Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

    Xbox live connection issue

    dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..

    You're going to want to post about this in the Xbox One Preview program forums for the best visibility and help. You'll also want to make sure you're signed into the profile that's registered in the program when you try to access the link.

    PREVIEW CUSTOMER

    There is a known issue with the current update that games can only be played on consoles that are in the preview program. Once the update is made public, everything should work correctly.

    For issues with the preview program, it's best to post in the preview program forums -

    i agree people shouldn't have to, but remember this is the preview update, not a live update to the public. One of the risks is having update issues like this. people should know the risk before they voluntary agree to enter the preview program. If this
    was a live update that would be different, you cna just opt out of the preview program if you don't want these type of issues.
