Issue with the Game Pass expired date

Just to clarify, that is an Italian account so the date format is dd/mm/yyyy. The first screenshot is saying that it will expire on May 1 and that the last payment was on Feb 2. It looks like a 3 month promo period on Game Pass (cannot
tell if PC or Xbox) but not ultimate for sure since that would add another line below about gold.

The second image is specific for ultimate which according to the image expired in 2019.

Since I believe those images are referring to 2 different things, it may even be correct.

So which is the game pass actually running and which errors are you getting?

Also, since the active sub has been running for over a month, was this always an issue or did it start these days?

to clarify, I can play games but it does not make me update them because of this bug, it gives me error. I'm sure of this because when the game pass didn't give me error, I was able to update the games.

The last payment of the game pass (3 months) was on February 2, but the site says it expired on November 22, 2019. No sense.

Also, the trial for Xbox Game Pass have an expiration date because it's basically a promotion that came with your Xbox. A promotional card is the only ones that has an expiration date.

Now when you purchase it at a retailer>>they dont have an expiration date. So to answer your question>>>they wouldnt be able to use that game pass trial because it's expired.
