Issue with Super Lucky's Tale (Goes to Main Menu then Black Screen)

Has anyone come across an issue where in Super Lucky's Tale where you can get onto the main menu and when you click continue game it just goes to a black screen and does nothing?

So frustrating as it didn't work when I first got it, then it worked last night and is now back to square one again!

No sound on Downloaded Game

Hi. Did you find a solution to the sound problem with Super Lucky's Tale? We have the same issue, and find no solution. Sound works on all other games.

Unable to get to the Settings menu.

Hello,

I am unable to get to the settings menu. When I click on settings at the main menu, the screen flashes black and then goes back to the main menu.

Any ideas?

I'm assuming you are on an Xbox One console, if so please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Hi!

Forgot to mention I'm playing on windows 10. Everything is updated on my pc it goes to the loading screen and then it's like the game is actually running (I can here the background music from the game) but the screen is completely
black

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. I'm sorry to hear that Super Lucky's Tale keeps crashing on you when it loads up.

If you're on an Xbox One, then please check out the following article:
"My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay"

Do note that some of these issues can be resolved by reinstalling the game and performing
a factory reset (using keep my games & apps)
as well.

If you're using the Xbox App on a Windows 10 PC, when you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the game. You are correct programs may include
antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

Try this:

Perform a Clean Startup to determine whether background
programs are interfering with your games or programs

Give the troubleshooting a try and please let us know the results.
