Issue with signing up with the rewards program.

Good Day,

So ever since I've heard of the rewards program. I have tried signing up/registering for it via "my dashboard"

Once I do this I get the message:

"Got it. Now give us about two days to set up your Rewards account."
"We've received your request to become an Xbox Live Rewards member. It'll take about 2 days for us to process your request and unlock your door to the entire program."

Whenever I received this for the first time, I did as it said and waited for a couple days to see if it would eventually go through. After waiting for nearly a week I tried again and still to no avail, I received the same message as stated above. So after
multiple attempts throughout a few weeks I eventually gave up, After hearing that absolutely everyone else was able to sign up no issue, I have to turn my question to the forums, I would absolutely enjoy being apart of the Rewards Program and hate that I've
missed out on so many rewards throughout the years that the rewards program has been active.

Contacting X-box live?

I'm guessing you are referring to the Xbox Live Reward Program thus i'll answer accordingly:

1- It takes up to 45 open days to recieve said points.

2- The program is not retro active meaning you wont get rewards for a first time thing if you already did a purchase (in this case a first time Subscription) prior to signing up with the Reward Program.

3- You can always contact Xbox Support regarding this on their Twitter feed @XboxSupport (on Twitter) or by calling the toll free number 1-800-4my-xbox or by looking up the Xbox Live Reward Program FAQ section of this site for further informations regarding
your issue.

You get the free month for signing up to the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards Program. If you signed up for the Microsoft Rewards program and did not receive the pass, you'll need to contact their customer support
via their redemption page.

Your registration is currently being held up by a sign up issue which we are currently investigating. When we receive a resolution from our web team for this issue, we will update this thread.

However, since you are not a Rewards Member, it is not possible for you to have any Rewards Credits. You could be looking at the Microsoft Rewards program, which is a different program than ours.
