    Issue with Sea if Thieves purchase


    I pre ordered sea of thieves back in March 2018 more specifically 03/03/2018. I only have an invoice for a “SoT CCU 01” on that date and I’ve been able to play since day one recently I’ve noticed it has been removed from my owned games and I can’t play unless I have game pass. I know I own this game and have the order history yet I can no longer play it. I am soo confused.

    Sea of thieves requires gold and game pass, unless you purchase sea of thieves, then you only need gold.

    I would remove your profile from the other PC and add it onto the new one so it's registered as your new primary computer. You need to use the same account that purchased the game too.

    I would verify to make sure you're logged into the Xbox App and the Microsoft store on that computer, with the account that the game was purchased on.
