Issue with samurai shodown

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

if it fails then please specify the error code you are receiving, since it's difficult to read from the screenshot.

I don't really know this Game but i will try it out! Love the Samurai Shodown Series

Have you tried the following steps already to locate and make sure the items are installed?

Go to My Games and Apps

Locate Samurai shodown and press Menu on your controller (the button with 3 lines on it)
Select Manage Game
Scroll all the way to the right on this menu to see what DLC is Ready to Install and start the install for Samurai shodown or the other pieces of game content that you are trying to download.
