Issue with rewards account: Everything is gone!!!

Hi Team

Today i have been connected to my xbox live rewards account and i have seen that all my history and points are gone!!!!

Could you please investigate?

Rewards deleted

I have the same issue. Everything is gone even though I just received an email stating I earned rewards last month.

XBOX live rewards not depositing

have an ongoing issue with my XBL Rewards not redeeming. I get a message saying my account information needs updating, I have checked my account and everything appears to be normal and the message I get doesn't indicate what the issue is. I've gone around
in circles with chat support and don't know what else to do, this problem has been ongoing for months and I have over 12k worth of points I can't redeem. This issue has been happening for a while now and it is very frustrating

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Thanks for that.

Id already gone though everything already suggested in the 100+ posts about this. Unfortunately, Just the same as everyone else with this issue, all the settings are correct. And the rewards section is displayed in Italian.

Doing some deeper reading, It seams the issue started at the same time as the roll out of Xbox rewards to Italy. !!!!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?
