    Issue with redeeming my points


    I had an issue with redeeming my points, it either says that my account is suspended or that the order cannot be completed. I tried to contact the support, but I still didn't get my issue solved. I think so far it's been more than a week. I checked all the stuff they told me to check, the billing address, etc. Everything is fine, the only thing I changed wa my full name, but I don't even know if that was the case, but I did it just in case. Do you have any advice on that?

    If you are trying to redeem the Microsoft Rewards points, try logging completely out of your profile and closing the page, clear the cache in your history and signing back in. Then try to redeem, if that doesnt work you'll have to contact Microsoft Rewards
    Support.
