    I just brought a new Xbox one S and I redeemed the free one month live that came with it and now it says I don't have it but when I try to enter the code again it tells me its already been redeemed. not sure what to really do next.

    Maybe the code is not for your region. You can try contacting Xbox Support if you sure that the code as not been used

    Thank you for letting us know about your issue today.

    About your issue, it might that the gold or code was redeemed on another account or was not successfully redeemed. If it was successfully redeemed then you will not get that issue.

    If it was redeemed on a different account that is on the console then you can just set that console to home xbox on the said console. The reason that he was able to access Live is because there might be other accounts on the console that has live and set
    to home xbox.

    Or if there are no other accounts on the console, only his account and the code was redeemed on his account please try to chat with xbox support or call them so they can check on the account to fully solve the issue.
