    Issue with promo code i got from pre-ordering BF1


    Got a promo code from pre-ordering battlefield 1, tried redeeming it on 11/2/16 and i was told something went wrong and to try again. Tried later that night still got an error code, tried it today and was met with the same error. The code by now has to be
    expired, but thats not the case about yesterday when it refused to work, need help.

    Promo Code for Recore Pre-Order

    I did not receive my promo code when I pre-ordered Recore on Labour Day weekend. It was $49.99 +$10 promo code on the Microsoft Store. On the XBox store, it was $39.99. I purchased from the Microsoft store, and nowhere was there any information about
    the promo code after purchase. It is not in the original email they sent when pre-ordering. I decided to wait until it got charged to my account to see if I would get the code then. Upon release of the game, I got another email saying the $49.99 + tax got
    charged to my account. Still nothing about my promo code. I decided to wait until the disc got delivered. Upon receiving the game, I checked the packing slip/receipt as well as the rest of the box. Still no code.

    I just spent the last 3.5 hours chatting with Microsoft support, and still no promo code. Where is my $10 code?!?!

    Anyone else pre-order and either receive or not receive their promo code? I would like proof to provide to Microsoft that it was a thing (they think maybe I imagined it), and also to show that others have the same issue.

    EA Access codes for Battlefield 1 expired on 11/3 GMT. Depending on your time-zone, that could have had an effect. Due to the codes now being expired and the promotion has concluded, we are unfortunately unable to assist further. Please be sure to redeem
    the codes as soon as they arrive to avoid running into expiration dates such as this. Sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused

    No, man, the codes were a pre-order bonus in the UK. You didn't have to get the LE. You just had to pre-order from whoever was doing the promo.

    There will be a beta available, but it's a private beta and you have to have a code.

    Comcast has a promo for a free code if you have their services, and you can get a beta code from Amazon if you pre-order it.
