    Issue with PINs on current preview build


    HI!

    So I've been in a the preview program for a few years now and it's been pretty smooth. I've been providing feedback through the polls etc but never really had anything break. I don't know if there is a specific forum for this but I couldn't find anything.


    Just two days ago, on my Xbox One X Scorpio, all of my PINs disappeared. I tried to add them back to the list but it gives me an error every time I try to add something to my PINs. So I said "okay, no big deal, I'll just add a new group." I added two
    groups, Games and Media, and loaded them up. Today both of those groups are gone!

    I know there's probably no immediate fix for this but wanted to make it known there is an issue. I also submitted through the "Report Problem" menu but typing with a controller sucks so it's super short.

    Cant login xbox / Windows live app

    I am having the same issue, I can log in to the xbox app on my desktop PC running the latest released updates however when I attempt to login on my surface pro 4 I get access denied. I am running the latest preview release (build 14942) so I am assuming
    it is something to do with the preview program (either the pin feature of windows hello)

    High Latency Issues

    Issue should be fixed with the current build you can manually download at settings / system if it has not been downloaded automatically yet.

    To unregister your console from the preview program pse use the preview dashboard app, go to registration and charge the status there. You will be unregistered from the preview program after the current wave then.

    Are you in the preview program, by any chance? I know they are having some networking issues at the moment in the current preview build.

    It is a known issue.

    There are already a couple of threads about it in the actual February preview forums, and it is listed as a known issue in the notes for the current build.

    Mine also. Happened after entering into the "Update Preview". Says "Having trouble connecting?". No I am not having trouble connecting. No pins or store. This should be reported on current issues page.

    That option is currently available to all. There is no separate Preview Build at the present moment in time. The next Preview Build is expected in late May or early June.
