    Issue with owning PUBG


    I own an Xbox one X console and I got the game for free with the console, I have played the game previously on this account but decided not to play it for a couple months. The other day, I decided to retry it and upon attempting to load the game, it game
    me an error stating “The User who own some this game must launch it” or something along those lines. This Xbox is my home xbox on account. I tried uninstalling the game to reinstall it only to find I apparently don’t own the game and can’t reinstall it.

    Hi, did you fix this? I have the same issue with pubg. it says "could not connect".

    Call Xbox Support and they will help.

    Hi there,

    be sure to use the account that was used to Redeem the code for the game. If the game comes with a bundle it will also be a prepaid code which has to be redeemed, after redeeming it is attached to the account used.

    If you are 100% sure you are using the correct account that was used to redeem the code then please check
    http://account.microsoft.com at the transactions, it should show the transaction for the redeeming.

    If it's not showing then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
