    Issue with OW


    I recently joined the Xbox Insider program and seem to be having a TON of issues with Overwatch. I keep reporting them but I am not sure if its the current state of OW since there was an update recently or the Xbox Insider program. There is not an update planned for Overwatch for 2 weeks and I keep losing my UI repeatedly causing the game to be unplayable. Should I just opt out and go back to a more stable version? How long does it usually take for something so game breaking to be fixed? Tonight the game is unplayable as my UI disappears 30 seconds after I load the main menu.

    Achievement not unlocking...

    Having this same issue in Tomb Raider. I am owed 120G for earned achievements. I really hope they fix this issue!

    Sounds like a billing issue. Go to billing.microsoft.com and make sure you don't owe anything.

    Unless it created some sort of balance that you owe, I don't think it would. But it would show you if that were the case on the billing website and if they cancelled it you shouldn't owe anything.

    Unfortunately, being a billing issue, the only other thing you can do is call support.
