Issue with online pc xbox app playing and teredo

If you can’t hear your friends online, or you can’t join or host an Xbox Live multiplayer game, go to
Network > Settings in the Xbox app and check
NAT type.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Teredo is a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers, and to facilitate connectivity between devices behind routers that use network address translation
(NAT).

Failure to obtain a Teredo IP address can occur when there’s an issue with your Teredo adapter, when a device on your network is blocking the Teredo protocol, or if there’s software installed on your PC
that’s disabling Teredo functionality. Without a Teredo IP address, you’ll be unable to use party chat or do multiplayer gaming on Xbox Live.

The annoyingly funny thing about this issue is, my friend’s teredo status says “blocked” while he plays online with other players but here me having this issue to connect online servers while my teredo and everything is fine.

None of the solutions works here and it's not a router issue.

Teredo does not exist at all, and is not on install list in Windows 10 in device manager or in hidden devices.

The Teredo Fix button fixes nothing.

100% of PC games not made by Microsoft works perfect online. 100% of Microsoft games is offline because they use Teredo.

I get no error message in Flight Simulator 2020, but i'm 100% sure it hangs at 20% only because of missing Teredo.

And btw. My other PC here have working Teredo on same router, but is too weak to run any game made the last 5 years.

Teredo on this PC doesen't exist at all, and can't even be fixed.
