Please, reset your console.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

do you have enough free space on your console? I've made a capture yesterday evening and all was ok...

Depends on the space of your harddrive. If you have a One X, you can capture in 4K for up to an hour on an external drive, if you have enough space on that drive for one hour of 4K video.

1.90GB for update and end game is 1.73GB. I just have enough space. Only reason I didn't uninstall the disc and delete BF3 was to checkout capture the flag.

You can go through your achievement list and delete anything that has 0 achievements. Other than that you can't. In the grand scheme of things your account shouldn't be taking up that much space anyway. Only a few megs tops.
