    Issue with new Xbox Series X and NBA2k2021


    I have been having issues with my new Xbox. When I am playing NBA2k2021 online, the game will automatically shut off and my entire Xbox turns off. This only happens when I am online playing a next gen game, not my Xbox one games. I have chatted
    previously and did the suggestions that were offered to me. My system is still shutting off. How do I contact for maintenance
    on this new machine . Is there a chat option ?

    Why is my Xbox Series X crashing on high quality Games.

    So I ended up purchasing a new Xbox. I purchased a series S for the time being. I have sold the Series X, before selling the issue still persisted. After buying a new series S the problem no longer is an issue for me. I am still looking to buy a new series X in the near future in hopes of the problem to be resolved. Thank you for you assistance.

    Yeah, there are already 2 brand new consoles the Xbox series X and the Xbox Series S. I think that the new Xbox series X is amazing, but I expect it will be along time before a new console is develpoped.

    Will all Xbox 360 and Xbox Original games eventually be backwards compatible with Xbox One X?

    Just to point out, I see some people making the mistake of referring to the new Xbox Series X. This question is specifically for the Xbox One X, not the new console. I have no intention of buying the new Xbox Series X.
