    Issue with my account affecting deposits


    I have a problem with my account that’s preventing the deposit of over 16,000 rewards points. I got an email saying there seems to be a problem with my account and to get in touch with the support forum. I have no idea what’s wrong or how to fix it.

    Need help fixing billing info

    Hello infidelguy,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. Since this internal issue is affecting the databases that house your Microsoft Account information, we cannot resolve this issue with our support tools, and must rely on this team to resolve
    the issue. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. Again, to be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error,
    and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Xbox rewards credits are not being deposited. Billing information is still correct.

    Hello Collymilad,

    I can confirm that your account is currently being affected by the billable account issue that is currently preventing your deposit. This is due to an issue in how database information for users' Microsoft Accounts are being communicated to our deposit process.
    That database is not attaching a specific pointer that directs our deposit toward your specifically appointed billable account. Our deposit process then cancels the transaction, rather than deposit into an account that has not been specified.

    Unfortunately, as this is an issue with the database, we cannot resolve this issue ourselves, as we do not have access to that information. We have escalated this issue to the relevant team to resolve, but at the current moment, they have not provided us
    with an update on when we can expect a resolution to be deployed. We apologize for the inconvenience that this delay is causing.

    Pending credits didn't deposit?

    A couple of things. For 1, the first deposit for this month took place on the 9th, not the 15th. And then credits are scheduled for deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending. So as stated above, if you got to 5,000 after May 1, they would be scheduled
    to be deposited at the end of the month.

    The program is still making regular deposits through June 15. Unless you got an email that there is an issue with your account, it won't affect your deposits.
