    Issue with missing gift card and rewards points


    I upgraded from a Xbox one to a Xbox one s. With that I was supposed to get a $25 egift card and 50,000 rewards points. I made the purchase over the phone with the microsoft store. I never got the egift card and only 30,000 points were put into my account.
    For some reason the order is under an old email address that i haven't had access to for 7 or 8 years. My account was updated years ago so Im not sure why the egift card went to the old address. that may be why I only got 30,000 points not 50,000. How do I
    get that fixed so I get the remaining 20,000 points and the giftcard

    Why remove the £3 xbox gift card?

    For microsoft rewards there was a £3 gift card and it was much cheaper than the other ones. the £3 gift card was 2,600 credits but now it's been removed the cheapest one is the £5 gift card which is 6,020 points! You could literally buy £3 gift card twice
    and still be left over with 820 points!

    Support will check on the rewards credits here, but you'll need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com about the gift card.

    Hello TlG3RS,

    The 50,000 Credit offers were only for select members. Since you were not chosen for the offer, you did not get 50,000 and got the default 30,000 instead. If you had been chosen for that offer, it would be visible on your MyMissions page while logged in
    to the Rewards site, and the offer page would display your free expedited shipping code.

    Regarding the Gift Card, that is a part of the MicrosoftStore.com, and you would have to contact their support at:

    Where and how to buy google play gift card with microsoft gift card or amazon gift card?

    You cannot buy Google Play gift cards with Microsoft Rewards Points as they aren't available on Microsoft Rewards or Microsoft gift cards. If you happen to have a redeemed Amazon gift card tied to your Amazon account, you may be able to just search Google
    Play gift cards on Amazon and purchase it with your available Amazon credit. Using the Redeem tab on Microsoft Rewards, going to shop, and then selecting the Amazon gift card (if you have enough points) may be able to get you a Google Play gift card you are
    looking for on Amazon. Please understand that may work, it is not guaranteed to work.

    As another user had pointed out, you could also try and redeem your rewards points for a Walmart or Target eCard (online gift card similar to Amazon) and buy a Google Play gift card through their websites or online or in store. Those are also not guaranteed
    to work but may work.

    Google Play gift cards aren't currently an available reward option but there are plenty others.

    Always save your rewards points until you see something you really want. If I remember correctly, reward points are forever but redeemed gift cards through microsoft rewards count as promotional gift cards and you only have 90 days to use them.
