    Issue with Minecraft and Microsoft


    Hi, I would greatly appreciate any help but recently when I tried to join my friends new realm it won’t allow me to and it keeps saying “ You need to authenticate with Microsoft services “ which I have no clue what it means or how to do.

    I’ve had them look at my account and they’ve seen nothing wrong with it, I waited for the Microsoft support team for 3 hours then the website crashed , currently I’m waiting again as number 156.

    I’ve restarted my phone, as I play Minecraft on my phone, the app is up to date, my wife is working correctly.

    I never had this issue before as I could join my boyfriends realm perfectly fine, my friend says that it shows them that I’m in the realm but for me it isn’t loading at all and that message keeps popping up.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If you are having issues with accessing your Minecraft account after migrating it to the Microsoft Account, especially if the issue is on Minecraft Java, you'd need to contact the Minecraft Support.

    But if the problem is on Minecraft Bedrock. check if you can sign in to this page: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/login

    Use the Sign-in with Microsoft button.

    Hello,

    Yes it is in Minecraft launcher, but it was associated with Xbox account, currently the auto login feature also applies to Xbox apps I have installed on my computer, therefore it is both a issue with Minecraft launcher and Xbox, it is kind of also a Microsoft account issue since my Minecraft account was my Microsoft account.
