    Issue with Minecraft account and realms


    I’ve had Minecraft for years under a mojang account. I have also had a subscription to realms for a year or two as well. Just recently when I try to log in on the Minecraft website, I log into my Microsoft account and it says that I don’t own Minecraft, despite the fact that I get billed every month for the realms that I apparently don’t have.

    Creating a Minecraft Realm requires that you have a Mojang account with a Minecraft profile. If you don't yet own Minecraft, you can purchase it from our
    store. If you have an old Minecraft account,
    and still log in with your username, you need to migrate to a Mojang account to use Realms.

    You can purchase or extend a Minecraft Realm from your account page. Alternatively, your subscription settings can be found in-game by selecting your Realm,
    clicking Configure, then clicking Subscription.

    Sorry to hear there is an issue launching Minecraft online. Just to let you know you won’t have access to Realms while using a Beta version of Minecraft on an Xbox One console or Windows 10 computer.
