    Issue with May quest completion


    Hello, I'm having a issue and have been directed here by a support employee.

    I have completed all 3 quests for this month however my progress tracker states that the "download 2 free games" quest is still at 0% despite me having downloaded all free games this month has to offer

    Issue with May Xbox Quest completion

    I have an issue with completing all three May Xbox quests. I have done every quests and it shows i have completed everything, but when i go to check on the xbox live quests progress checker it says i have only completed 50% of downloading two of them when
    in fact i have downloaded everything. I have made two contact attempts on Xbox chat support. My reference number is 1426598341. The steps i have completed to try to resolve this issue is:

    > Updating security info/proofs

    > Refreshed gold subscription

    > Removed profile

    > Cleared persistent storage

    > Cleared alternate MAC address

    > Played the Games with Gold

    > Waited for 2 days (still nothing)

    Those are the steps i tried from Xbox Support and completed but still nothing about the issue changed.

    May Xbox Quest not registering downloaded games

    I’ve downloaded the free games with gold for May on both my Xbox’s but my completion % is still 0. Anyone else having this issue?

    April and May quest issues.

    Still no rewards, or update of any kind on this. I completed all criteria for those month's.

    This new quest for June/July isn't tracking progress for adding friends either. Would like to get this sorted out. Perhaps the promotion team should just remove the adding friends as a task, since it obviously doesn't track properly.

    You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head Quest

    Yes, collecting either the T-51b armor that is part of the quest or getting the armor at the end of Operation Anchorage will result in this quest being marked as complete. That means that you can actually complete this quest without doing any of the work
    by just going to do the OA quest. I can't recall, but you may not even need to start the quest, you may be able to just go straight from the vault to the OA quest (yes, it can be completed at that low a level) and still get credit for You Gotta Shoot 'em
    in the Head.

    Hello there, for Game Pass Quests, it may take up to 48hrs for tracking to complete.
