issue with matchmaking from pc

1. Are you getting any error messages?

2. Have you tried playing other games and check if the same thing occurs?

3. Is your device connected to a wired or wireless network?

4. Have you made any changes to your device before encountering this issue?

If your game requires an online connection, losing connectivity mid-game can result in problems playing the game. Usually, the game will let you know if it has lost network connectivity.

Here's how you can check whether you're still connected:

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the
   Windows icon from the bottom-left corner of the main screen.
2. Select Settings, and then select Network & Internet.
3. Make sure that the network you're connected to displays Connected.

If your network does not appear as Connected, or if you're having connectivity problems, scroll to the bottom of the page and select

I have no issues in matchmaking, check your pc to see if toredo is working ok. usually that stops it from finding matchmaking games.

The gamertag you're posting with is a Silver membership. In order to take part in matchmaking you need to have a Gold membership.

There's defnintely something going on with live on the 360 though because my Xbox One is working fine but live on the 360 is messing up with the problems I mentioned.

Talking to MS now it seems to be an EA issue, contacting them now, again.
