    Issue with making purchase


    i was trying to purchase the fallout 4 seasons pass all day today while it was on sale. I kept getting a message saying sorry there was a problem on our end please try again later. I tried for several hours. I verified my internet was connected my account
    was logged in. Then the price went back to full price. I contacted support the first person sent me to a website for downloading fallout shelter downloads. I contacted live support again and they directed me here.

    Adult account, but prompted to get parent's permission for purchase

    I assume this an ongoing issue still? Just tried to make a Games with Gold purchase and its blocking me from making the purchase an a rating category. Thing is I'm signed in my actual Adult account. Yes I have 2 kids accounts with restrictions, but removing,
    re-adding, changing restrictions etc doesn't resolve the issue.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you experiencing this issue on your Xbox One console or on the Xbox.com Store? If you are attempting purchases on your console, could you please try making a purchase on the Xbox.com store? Or do you have another Xbox One
    console available to you that you could try making purchases on? If so, but you still receive an error code (resembling XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000), please provide us with that code so we can investigate further.

    Thank you for letting us know that this item is only available within the Minecraft in-game store. Unfortunately since this issue is directly related with Mojang's store for Minecraft, I recommend reaching out to them about this billing issue. We have seen
    other threads with a similar issue. If your Xbox is properly connected to Xbox Live and you can make purchases without issue on the Microsoft Store, then there may be something going on with their billing services. Here are the best options to reach out to

    My item isn't on the microsoft store and I tried doing the hard reset and power cycle. And it still didn't work

    Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    Is the same item available in the Microsoft Store? If it is, can you make the purchase through there?

    If you haven't done so, try restarting the Xbox this way. Go ahead and do a
    hard reset and power cycle    . Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
    turn on the Xbox.

    That is the same message that appears when trying to contact support for me too. We understand that it will most likely be due to the servers crashing or lack of staff due to Covid-19. I would suggest to try again in an hour or 2 if there is any updates.
