Issue with iPad and cloud gaming beta

Travis, I just tested it on my iPhone, and it worked.

Tested via the created Xbox Xcloud Icon from Safari and also via google chrome browser. :/

Please, try to sign out from your account and recreate the Xcloud icon from Safari and try it again, please.

We understand that you are trying to play Xbox Cloud Gaming Beta on iPad however you keep getting an error in trying to access the games. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

To have a better understanding, we would like to further isolate your concern. Please provide us details to these questions:

1. What app are you using? Xbox app for iOS or Safari?
   
2. How do you access your Xbox Cloud Gaming Beta games?
   

For troubleshooting, we suggest you try these:

1. Restart iPad to clear memory.
   
2. Install the update of iPad. Compatible devices for Xbox Cloud Gaming Beta is iPadOS 14.4 and later.
   
3. Install update for Xbox app and/or Safari.
   
4. Try to start a game and see if issue still persists.
   
5. You may switch to use Safari for playing games of Xbox Cloud Gaming Beta.
   
6. Go to Xbox.com/Play and get started by signing into your account with active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

I wont be able to confirm if this is a bug or not since there is no announcement or similar post to this. I suggest you report this problem to Xbox instead.

You can report your issue by using the Report a Problem app on Xbox consoles or the Windows Feedback Hub on Windows devices. To report a problem on console:

• Press and hold the Xbox button , and then select Report a problem to launch the app. Select Report new problem > Continue with standard diagnostics. If you’re experiencing an issue with audio or video, select Reproduce with advanced diagnostics. Then fill out the remaining details such as category, subcategory, title, and description.

Hello , I have actually already tried the troubleshooting steps. I have also removed and re-paired the device. I have force closed the browser. I have tried connecting the controller before launching cloud gaming and I tried launching cloud gaming before connecting the device. All to no avail. I am guessing this is a bug of some kind?
