    Issue with gold/xbox rewards


    Hi guys,

    Just got my rewards added to my account but i didnt get the gold reward % bonus. Also keeps saying im not gold but just confirmed with xbox support it shows active. This also doesnt allow me to join the vip section.

    Please help!

    Gold member status.

    I am a gold member and have been a gold member for many years but i am not listed as a gold member on xbox live rewards so i have not been getting the right benefits of being a gold member from Xbox live rewards.

    Is there any way to fix this issue?

    I have been in the Microsoft rewards since 2014 but have never been credited any rewards for game purchases or Xbox live gold subscription. What's the issue??

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    Xbox Gold Quests for September 2018 rewards not received.

    This wasn't a Microsoft Rewards issue, it was an Xbox Live Gold Quests thing. Not related to MS Rewards.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. We see that we are identifying you as a Gold member, and have not given out Rewards Credits for renewals since 2014. If you are having issues with the Gold service, you should contact Xbox Support at (support.xbox.com/contact-us).

    If you are a member of the xbox live rewards program and are a gold member of xbox live, you can send them a link found on your rewards refer page that your friend can use to sign up for xbox live gold, for this you will both recieve a reward for refering
    stated on the rewards website. If this doesn't solve your problem, could you specify more about what your issue involves

    You cannot use Xbox Live Rewards Credits for Gold subscriptions. Therefore, this sounds like you are asking about the Microsoft Rewards program. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not
    fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.
