Issue with getting my reward

I just got a VIP reward but the issue is that the email connect to my Xbox account is dead. I was wondering if I could get it sent to my Xbox account instead. Like how I keep getting messages from Xbox with codes.

Still an issue with rewards depositing

So, 6 months ago I posted here about my XBL Rewards credits not getting posted to my account. Was told there was an "internal database" problem and there was no timetable on getting it fixed. I had this same problem a couple years ago and it was resolved,
but then it evidently came back somehow. With XBL Rewards getting folded into Microsoft Rewards soon, I worry that I will not get credit for all that I'm owed. Can this issue please be resolved soon?

Hello Shadow s1ay3r,

If you are referring to your Vault prize you recently redeemed, that prize is sent to the email address you enter when you register with the vault. You must manually enter your Vault prize email address. If you are referring to emails
from our program, we use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info",
and then changing your billing email from that screen.

I'm not having an issue sending emails to the rewards department. I'm on my 25th email to the rewards department.

I having an issue with the rewards department understanding my issue So that it can be fixed.

Or getting them to respond back to a email.

Rewards department has not been properly trained. 😑

cant edit the post but i resolved the issue. decided to use bing rewards to get a one month gold membership and it fixed my issue

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Please note for future reference that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process activity, so your purchase made on the 25th has not been processed.
