issue with games pass PayPal promotion

I bought a month worth of Xbox games pass on the 15th of October during the recent PayPal promotion, buy one month through paypal and get another free. I was concerned about how this would show up on my subscriptions so I contacted support, simply to just
ask the question. After a very nice phone call, I was told to wait 2 weeks to receive the code through an Xbox message no later than the 29th. The date past no messages, I found another question on here about the same issue and just said to give it a couple
more days and still nothing. While i was on the phone to support I questioned my eligibility and they confirmed that I'm fully eligible to receive the free month.

No free month of Xbox Game Pass after paying with PayPal (recent Promotion)

On 16th October I purchased one month of Xbox Game Pass with PayPal as per this promotion:

However I not received anything in my Xbox message centre. Are there any delays in codes being sent out?

I bought xbox game pass for 1 month, from this site:

I paid with my PayPal.

There past more than 14 days since I bought this subscription, and I didn't get bonus 1 month xbox game pass code.

Why?

 

Exact the same problem, bought a month of game pass with pay pal on 15-okt-18 still no code for the extra month like the ad was saying

Thanks for your post. Usually with these types of promotions, the extra subscription time stacks onto the first month. Have you checked your

subscription end date to verify that you were either given one month or the two that was promised in the promotion?

Yeah i double check the subscription end date every couple of days to verify any change and nothing has changed and nothing the end data still states the 15th of November.

I have seen a few other replies saying just wait a few more days but by now I typically have some feedback of information about it.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand it can be confusing since the code for the extra month has not shown on the account for game pass.

Promotional offers that include a digital code for the content being included in the promotion can take longer than the stated time on the offer. With the sheer amount of codes needed to be sent to all the available regions included in this offer, delays
can happen when receiving the code in your Xbox message center. Also the codes are region specific so I can imagine there are a few steps to complete to send the correct code for your region and to everyone eligible for this offer.

Rest assured, you will receive your codes. Although the time when you get them varies on availability. This is why they extend the time to redeem these codes until Jan 29th, 2019.

I recommend downloading the Xbox app for mobile and set it up to receive notifications so you won't miss when the code gets delivered to your Xbox message center.
