Issue with Football Manager 23 save

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​"

Football Manager 23. It's an online save so I don't know if this affects it

Try to perform a cache clear with the following steps.

Remove your account from the console

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.

Log back in with the account.

Hi, this didn't work and now I have had the same issue again and now when I try to load the save, it just says "The game save could not be loaded". I have spent 40hours on this save and it looks like it's lost despite having 3 rolling autosaves on, Please help
