Discus and support Issue with fixing it on the web in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; When I went to sign in on my account on xbox it said fix it on the web so I did and when tried to sign in again it didn't work....     Issue with fixing it on the web


    When I went to sign in on my account on xbox it said fix it on the web so I did and when tried to sign in again it didn't work.

    Lemme guess you are using chrome or safari?

    Thats the issue

    Chrome has a lot of issues wirh fb fb games multiple forums etc

    Its best to use w3g compliant browsers like firefox or edge though edge is based on chromium it still beats chrome in benchmarks especially on java script

    I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

    - Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    - Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

    - Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.
