Issue with Destroy All Humans! Digital version

Hello Smwutches,

I only have one Xbox Account. I am able to a download the game from my purchase history on my Xbox 360 so there is no issue there, I own the game. The issue is that it does not show up on the Xbox One's Ready to Install list.

It was on my Xbox One before. I was able to play it. It's just that recently it gave me an error saying "Do you own this?" To which I Uninstalled and when i looked in the Ready to Install list to Re-install it was missing.

My guess it may have to do with the title recently being renamed to Destroy All Humans (2005). Because when I purchased the game it was named Destroy All Humans! It did not have the 2005 in the name. Which may have cause an error on the Xbox One to not recognize
the title as the one I purchased hence why it is asking me to pay for it in the marketplace.

Unfortunately since this falls under the Backwards Compatibility Category there is no chat or call option for support. The only option available is posting to the forums (which I did). Like I said before I can play it on the Xbox 360 with no issues. The
issue I have is trying to play the game on the Xbox One without having to pay for it again (does not show up in the ready to install list. When searching in the store it shows that I have to pay for it.). Having to pay for it again seems like a rip off since
I already own it on the Xbox 360.

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get this game downloaded and running. I can totally understand how this could be kind of puzzling. It could totally be due to a recent update with the game. I suggest uninstalling the game, performing
a
soft factory reset (the kind that keeps your games & apps installed) of the console, and then looking for it in the store again.

When you can, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

This may be a different issue. I still do not see it in my Ready to Install list on the Xbox One.

It may have something to do with them renaming the game. Because I was able to play it on the Xbox One before.
