    As you can see I have thousands of rewards still pending. I've been told this is being worked on (in the last response), but heard nothing for a month which is not very satisfactory. please help asap



    Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to cash and deposited into your Microsoft account.

    Points not depositing

    Apparently my points aren't depositing, so I need to make a post about it.

    My guess is it's related to my ms commerce account having both a GB and US billing address.

    Issue with depositing to my billing account

    Hello Indiana,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the secured database containing billable account information. While your previous deposit was a result of a specific fixed deposit cycle provided by this
    team, we have not received word on when we can expect a full resolution on this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    It looks like the information we are receiving from billing caused you to be labeled as Canadian, which is why we deposited into CAD for your account. Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited, we cannot take action on them. You may wish to reach out to
    billing support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) and have them investigate your account. This information reporting you with Canadian billing is also why your deposits have been failing; when we attempted to deposit USD from your US Rewards
    Account, into your Canadian billing account, the process failed. We have been working with another team on resolving deposit issues, which is why this deposit succeeded. We have no power over billable accounts, and cannot adjust your billing accounts in any
    way. Apologies for any inconvenience.

    Hi Paul. Multiple users have this issue and it is being looked at as a wider issue. Unfortunately, we don't have an update nor do we know when it will be resolved. We are in the process of working with the Billing team to manually deposit to accounts as
    a temporary fix to this issue, but unfortunately, some accounts are still failing to deposit. We will continue to attempt deposits to your account until there is a fix. Sorry for the inconveniences.
