    every time I request for my rewards points to be deposited it never does and every time I go onto my rewards page it shows the button to request a deposit for a month later not 15 days

    Issue with depositing of rewards points

    Hello ASS458,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    Since this error is being caused by an incorrect interaction from a database containing Microsoft Account information, this is an issue that we have escalated to another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved.
    To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    There was a rewards deposit on the 8th and a lot of people are still having issues getting rewards credits deposited so they are getting those emails. The OP is mistaken that they are points though.

    Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
    list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

    Regarding gems

    If you don't redeem the gems by June 15, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

    If you have any pending credits by May 31, 2018, they will be deposited into your account as currency by the end of June. If there is an issue depositing credits into your account, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.
