    Issue with creation of XBOX Live Account


    I've been having issues all day with this lovely company- first the issue stemmed from not being able to link my Microsoft Account to PS4 Minecraft and then I made a new account, attempted to make a new XBOX Live account inside of the new email account
    and I get this hot garbage issue (see pictures below). Please help, thanks. It says I am offline but definitely connected to the internet since I'm submitting this question on my phone right now.

    There is not a limit to Account Creation on Xbox LIVE.

    its easy create a xbox live account in your actual region

    once set the region of your account cannot be changed after creation

    Problems Changing WLID Associated with GT

    It is more than likely that WLID you tried to use back then still will not work because of the same issues you had back then, but do note that when you create an Xbox Live Gamertag what ever region/country used upon creation can not be changed for that account
    so if the account is not in the same country as the Xbox Live account it will cause issues and will not allow you to use it.. Unfortunately it appears this maybe your case, but there is no harm in contacting Xbox Support.

    @zane, no it is the xbox account age.

    also its not the windows live id age either. its the age that was inputted during the initial creation of the xbox live profile through the console.

    manage region

    It's not possible to change the region associated with your Xbox LIVE account. Once set from creation, it is locked. You'll need to create an entirely new account with the new region in which you live in.
