    Issue with controller while trying Xbox cloud gaming bêta on Windows10


    I've received an invitation to the Xbox cloud gaming bêta and thus tried launching it on PC. So I paired my 8BitDo SN30 Pro controller made for Android. Seems to work juste fine : I've run the tests on the PC and I can navigate the bêta and launch a game with the controller. But then whatever the game I try, no way to skip the "press any button" step. My controller seems not to be recognized, even though I can still use it to exit the game, mute or send feedback (once i've clicked the 3 dots on the top-left end of the screen though). Anyone having the same issue ?

    im not the original poster, but im having a similar issue, i just tried to play a game with my wife and only 1 controller will work at a time. every other game the controllers work.. but on the xbox cloud only 1 controller works at a time

    Hi Luis!

    Please make sure that your 8bitdo controller is one of these models.

    Designed for Xbox
    SN30 Pro Controller for Xbox Cloud Gaming on Android (Bluetooth connection)

    Verified
    N30 Pro 2 (Bluetooth or USB connection)

    These are the two models supported for Xbox Cloud gaming.

    Try to connect it via Bluetooth or USB cable whichever works. I also suggest to try a different controller to isolate the issue.

    As part of the requirements for controllers and inputs to play cloud gaming on mobile devices, it is recommended to use Xbox Wireless Controller connected via Bluetooth or USB cable for better experience, although touch controls are enabled for select titles.
