Issue with code from Expertzone

Last year I was working retail and I signed up for the Microsoft ExpertZone program. There was a promotion to get a free 12 Month Xbox Live code at the time and I received one. I didn't have an Xbox at the time so I held onto the code, and now that I have
an Xbox it's telling me the code is already redeemed. I couldn't find any support directly for ExpertZone so I contacted Xbox support and they told me that it was redeemed on a different account, but they said I had to post here so someone from the Promotion
Support Team could get in touch with me and point me in the right direction of getting this code fixed/replaced. Thanks for any help.

Dexter, I found the 2011 MP4=12C you might be thinking about, but this is not the Expertzone car we should be getting.

Don't be fooled. The expertzone car is Black and Green. Look at the Expertzone page where you got your code, and look at the image they show of it. Its VERY specific.

I suspect this is a Marketplace download and that is marked as "coming soon" in the game. IF you're seeing the black and green one, great... however, I'm not.
