    Issue with cloud gaming on my mobile device


    So for the past week or so I've tried playing via cloud through the xbox game pass app (which worked in the past) and now when I go to load ANY game up it just crashes when the game eventually loads up.. Ive disconnected devices off the WiFi and have even boosted my WiFi strength to my phone so It can't be a WiFi/mobile data issue. I'm starting to lose patience with it all as its just a complete hassle every time I try to play a game and not to mention the money I wasted on a Razer Kishi. If I'd have known it would have been as bad as this I'd have never have bothered. Very disappointing to say the least!

    Touch controls no longer appear Fortnite Xbox Cloud Gaming

    Check to make sure that you are using a device that is compatible with Xbox Cloud Gaming and that you have a strong and stable internet connection.

    Make sure that you are signed in to your Microsoft account on both your mobile device and your Xbox console.

    Try restarting both your mobile device and your Xbox console.

    If you are using a third-party controller with your mobile device, try connecting it to your device and see if that resolves the issue.

    If none of these steps are successful, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox Cloud Gaming app on your mobile device.

    I have not yet because I do not have cloud gaming on my mobile device at this time.

    I appreciate it, Aditya. Just to isolate the issue further, do you have a different device that we can try to use? It can be a mobile device. Try using cloud gaming from there.

    My question was not devices cloud gaming supports. It was whether the Game Pass Ultimate subscription covers a game on mobile phones as well as other cloud platforms. The link you referenced does not address it.
