    I have an issue changing my profile picture on my xbox account, It's like my account would be considered underaged but I checked my email birthdate and I'm above 18, I'm also not in any microsoft families, what should I do to fix this?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    If you’re still a minor and just changed the birthdate on your account, the system will detect your real age and you will not be able to use a custom gamerpic until your account naturally be an adult which is when you turn into an adult age.

    I just want to clarify, are you already and adult or still a minor?

    That's just a workaround but if you're on your console or PC, make sure to restart them first as it usually fixes the issue.
