    Issue with call of duty black ops latest update possibly related to the newest alpha skip build


    Since I recieved the latest update on 8/12/21 for COD Black Ops Cold War when I attempt to start the game i get a message of getting game ready only to then have the something went wrong message I have it installed on my storage card for series x and I've deleted and reinstalled twice and it still won't start i can't just keep trying to install 215gigs again and again I filed a bug report as well please help as I'm stuck and really wanna play the new season i can confirm other friends not in preview on a series x are able to play so something related to insider preview might be conflicting with the latest game update

    Try a power cycle. I am in the Alpha skip ahead ring and can capture Anthem fine. However there is also the possibility that the game itself has an issue. I know there was an update today. You should ensure you are on the newest build of anthem

    Hi there!

    It seems to be that you are having a few issues with earning achievements in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.

    Are you in the preview program at all? If so, do you have the newest update? The newest update is causing issues where people can't sync to the cloud so therefore can't get achievement, have issues finding game etc.
