    Issue with black ops 3 bonus DLC


    Hey its been more than a year that my dad gifted me sealed Call of duty black ops 3 hardened edition in which I had bonus dlc which when I tried to redeem showed that they were used. Xbox support took more than a year a to solve this problem which they didn't
    solve and now after more than a year they're telling me that I need to contact the promotional team. I even contacted Activision regarding this they told me it's the problem that can be solved by the brand of console. Nothing shold take a year to solve such
    a minor problem I need you to replace my code asap. Thanks in advance and I don't have the codes now but I already gave those codes to the xbox team earlier.

    How to find/use pre release bundle items

    I don't play COD and trying to help my son so sorry if this is obvious, but I don't know how to find or use the personalization pack and two Advanced Supply Drops in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare that is included in the black ops 3 pre release bundle
    I bought. Nothing shows up in multiplayer | store. I installed "The Call of Duty: Black Ops III Pre-Order Bonus Pack" from the store. And I own both games.

    Also, how do you use the Digital Personalization Pack and Nuk3town DLC Bonus Map in the black ops 3 game? Thanks.

    season pass ?

    i'm leaning towards - they'll release it in the first DLC too (they way they did it in the past)

    as for defeating the preorder bonus - you get to play it 3 - 4 months before the first DLC so thats not the case

    but then again black ops pre order zombie pack wasn't available to the rest until later that year ( but they didnt have the season pass back then either )

    If you visit the store and search for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Pre-Order Bonus Pack, are you able to download the content? That should be how you access the pre-order content for Advanced Warfare as the description for the Black Ops 3 pre-order describes.
