    Issue with Apps


    Hi people , i am try to install the Netflix , Crackle and Youtube , the apps is downloaded normally , but when the apps try to install is presented the status : Installing 6 % , Installing 8 % , Installing 10 % , Installing 2 % , and the apps is not installed
    , if i try to install a app if I install an app that never used before it installs normally (for example : Fox Play and others)

    I made a factory reset , cleaning apps and games , and the problem dont resolve , i made a power cleaning pressing the power button by 10 seconds , and the problem persists.

    Directional stuck issue with apps

    hi.. I've been experiencing directional stuck and stall issues. It's been about 2days now and first occurred while viewing YouTube and has now progressed to other apps including, so far, NBC, Syfy, and FX. The issue only stops when holding the home button
    down to view controller or console shutdown options or retire to the home screen. This is for both the media remote control and Xbox one controller. I'm testing a theory that it might be an issue with the HDMI auto remote connection that gives the original
    TV remote control over other devices. I use my Xbox one for mainly media and tv and have never experienced this issue. Games have not been effected.

    Issue Installing Apps?!

    I've tried installing HBO Go and Netflix and they will not start to install. They say "Get it FREE" when I go to click on it while others say "Install". I also installed Skype with no problem after trying these and having them not work. I have tried restarting
    the Xbox One as well as disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet. When I go to download it all I get is a black screen and a the white rotating circle, but leaving it alone for up to 15 minutes and nothing changes and it does not say it is installing.
    Any ideas?

    I have the exact same problem, i had sound at release of the X then about a week later it was gone and i have tried every tip and trick i have found online to get it back and nothing. If i plug in my original xbox one the apps work fine just not on the

    I can't even start it. It just freezes whenever I try to start it up on the 360.

    This is why they shouldn't change what works perfectly. They just end up breaking things.

    I, too, am having this problem.

    I saw on the Xbox status site that YouTube is limited. It said something about this happening "when using the Cast functionality on other devices." I am not using any Cast functionality, however.

    Have you already tried the steps listed here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/apps/youtube-help ?

    If not, I would try that and let us know. All appears to be normal with Xbox at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status
