    Issue with account balance


    I received the email for 'Your Rewards Statement: February 2017' showing I earn rewards credits. It is also showing a deposit in my Microsoft Account Billing History, but nothing was added to my Microsoft Account balance, I contacted Xbox Support Chat and
    was redirected to post this issue here. I am part of the Xbox One Preview Alpha ring, if that effects anything.

    NNot local time there is no way to restore unfinished credit you should've not use it at the lSt min

    Hello Mister Mascot,

    As you have suggested, It would be great if I could receive additional clarification now that I have provided the relevant details. It's been nearly a week and I would appreciate some closure on this matter so that myself and others would be more aware of
    Xbox policies. Hopefully I'm not being ignored or have fallen through the cracks.

    Issue with account balance

    If the rewards site is showing a deposit and the billing site (Sign in to your Microsoft account) also shows the deposit, then you would need to continue working with billing via phone or chat support. Once credits are deposited, the Rewards program no longer
    has access to them. You'll also want to check your transactions on the billing site to make sure they weren't spent around the same time you received them.

    While I'm here can a Xbox Rewards staff member look at my rewards account just to make sure there's no issues there.

    We can confirm seeing a deposit from your account of 13250 on March 8th. If you do not see any of this currency in your Microsoft Account, and have not yet spent this currency, you would have to reach out to billing support for more assistance. Unfortunately,
    once Credits are deposited, we no longer have any control over them, which is why you will have to contact a different branch of support for assistance. We have reviewed your account and can confirm that it is accurate. Keep in mind that your Simply Rewarding
    and March Survey Credits have not yet been deposited since they were placed as pending after the March 9th deposit. These should be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that buying a subscription using a Microsoft balance will require us a back-up payment method. No worries, once you purchase the subscription you can also manage the recurring billing so you can remove the payment method.
