Issue with account again

There is apparently an issue with my account again. Im not sure what the issue is. I got a deposit earlier this year with no issues. Now im not getting deposits again and its telling me to come here.

Issue with account

Hello cam raveon,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
for the inconvenience.

Issue With Account

Hello jarheadbodog,

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date, but have provided fixed deposits occasionally, like your past deposit. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our
other team works on a solution.

I've been on the phone for 3 hours and 34 minutes now and still no proper support or fix.

This is my money and I want this sorted.

This was caused by the product glitching on me so it's not even my mistake.

Can someone just fix this for me, no more waiting. I'm done waiting hours, days, weeks and months. I wanted an email changed.. An email.. It's not like I'm changing banks, even that would be quicker. Just. Fix. The. Problem.

I understand that you are experiencing a “Account does not exist” error when resetting your password, as many users have been experiencing “Account does not exist” issues recently.

This is not your problem, we have reported this issue to the Microsoft development team, this is due to a Microsoft server issue that is affecting a number of users, we fully understand the inconvenience caused by this issue, you can try to recover your password using the Alternate Email Address Security Proof or recover your account using the user's ACSR.
