Issue with 2 rewards from last month

So maybe I'm once again not waiting long enough, but I seem to have an issue with 2 of the reward offerings. Firstly, for MyVIP Bonus star, I spent just over the needed $125 (receipts say pre-tax: $125.50-ish) yet it still has me at 3 stars. I was never
credited my bonus star. Secondly I bought $36 worth of anime titles during the sale, yet my account shows no pending credits. If I could get clarification on both that would be great!

Hi, sorry to bother You, I bought 2 games, Dragon ball fighterz ultimate edition and Monster hunter world digital deluxe edition, but I did not get myvip 5 stars reward of 10%. I hope You can help me.

Rewards from last month

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for January purchases. Also keep in mind that if the games were preordered, they would not be eligible for your
rebate.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our data source for purchase information. This issue has caused a delay in processing purchases from around the beginning of this month. We are working on bringing our system up to the current date. You should
see your extra star when we next upload information to the webpage. This process will occur within the next few days.

This also caused an issue with your Anime offer. We will adjust that offer manually, and you should see those Credits pending by the end of next week, at the latest. Apologies for the inconvenience.

From the FAQ:

Level 2: Find a Bunker (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) — Earn 4,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Since this is the current monthly offer, only titles purchased for this offer this month are eligible. We see that your Credits from the last monthly offer (Pandemic Rewards) were deposited on the 25th. They were placed as pending by the 9th last month.

Points are normally gifted around the 15th i think Sparkle.
